Used Table Returns Policy
Approved returns must be received by Used Chiropractic Table within 14 days of initial receipt. The customer is responsible for return freight/shipping cost to and from.
The cost of shipping to return a table will NOT be paid by Used Chiropractic Table, UNLESS we shipped you the wrong table by mistake!
All returns must be UNUSED by you. Returns should be still in original packaging, and in the same condition in which the table arrived to you. If the table acquires damages during the return shipment due to unproper packaging, extra charges will be charged to you the customer.

Payments collected through our website are processed through Square LLC.
Square Capital, LLC processing centers has decided that the fees charged when an order is placed will no longer be refunded to your account when you're issued a full or partial refund.
This NOT ACCESS EQUIPMENT CORP's decision. This is Square Capital, LLC. The following fees are what we pay and Square Capital, LLC will keep out of any refund.

Steps You Must Follow To Return Your Item
Step 1 - You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from Used Chiropractic Table prior to sending your return Call 1-256-245-8390. Regardless of reason, all returns MUST be processed through customer Service.
Step 2 - Print a copy of the invoice or packing slip and include it inside the Box! Again, be sure to include RMA# on the outside of the Box.
Step 3 - Once return is approved make sure you package properly. Tables have to be properly crated in the same way it was received. (It is a good idea to take pics of the table you crated for return.) Keep a record of the shipments tracking number until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
