PURCHASING A TABLE

Steps That Must Be Completed to Place an Order

 1. Your invoice is attached. Please look it over to make sure everything is correct (Prices, Color, Table options, Build time, Ship to Address, etc.).

2. Also attached is the shipping choice sheet. The freight charges are very detailed. We did this to make sure you would be informed as to what to look for when your table arrives. We need you to read it and sign at the bottom. If you have any questions about your freight, dont hesitate to call 256-245-8390 or email Tiffany@chirocity.com. We will be glad to help you.

3. If all is correct, sign BOTH the Invoice and the Freight Choice Sheet. On the Invoice Sheet; return the last sheet with signature, not all pages of the invoice. You can scan and email them to Tiffany@chirocity.com, or fax them back 256-245-3838. Again; this is to ensure we have the correct address for shipment, Estimated ship date, Color’s, & any special options for equipment.

 YOUR TABLE WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL WE HAVE THE INVOICE & THE SHIPPING CHOICE BACK SIGNED. THIS PROTECTS YOU FROM EXTRA FEES ASSOCITED WITH STORAGE FEES, WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESSES, OR COLOR BEING INCORRECT. 

4. Once the Signatures & the 50% Deposit is received, the Custom Build Time line will start. If we have a problem with a Part being backordered, we will update you with an estimated delay time BEFORE The tables due date!!!!

5. Once Your Custom Table is built, we will email you pictures to confirm color of upholstery is correct. The balance of the Equipment is due, and once it is received, We can crate for shipment.

6. Once the table is picked up from our location by the freight carrier, Tiffany will send you a tracking number ( Tiffany@chirocity.com). This allows you to track your Equipment online for an estimated day of delivery. The Local Freight Office contact Number is provided also. The Freight carriers will NOT call you and let you know estimated day or time of delivery, but you may call them at any time!! If you call the Terminal EARLY on the scheduled Delivery Day, and ask for "DISPATCH" They can give you a 2 hour window estimate on time of delivery.

 Also, don’t forget that we carry a wide array of chiropractic supplies. You can order online or give us a call and place the order on the phone. We try to always have the best price and we can give bulk order discounts as well. If it is something that we have in stock, we can ship it with your table. This way, you will not have to pay the UPS charge. Saving money is always a good thing.
